You finally saved up and spent your hard-earned cash to buy that Samsung QLED TV that you long dreamed of owning. Now, after mounting this beauty to your wall, you are confronted with an unexpected but perplexing problem: Where should you put the One Connect Box?

Sure, this is more of an aesthetic issue, but it is still important, especially if you forked over a couple of grand to purchase this TV. This is not to take anything away from the One Connect Box, for it really is a neat little tech that makes it easier to connect all of your favorite devices. Don't forget that it comes with a convenient built-in TV tuner to boot.

If you do use a Blu-ray player, a sound system and a gaming console, the One Connect Box will definitely come in handy. If you end up deciding to mount the TV, you will have several wires coming down from behind the TV, which can be very unsightly. The One Connect Box can easily clean up that wire clutter.

However, that’s where the aforementioned problem comes in. The length of the Invisible Connection Cable, which is used to connect the TV to the One Connect Box, is finite. And if the TV is mounted too high, there is a chance that the One Connect Box won’t be able to reach your TV stand.

If that is the case, customers have often complained that they were relegated to using Velcro strips to attach the One Connect Box to the wall. Obviously, if something accidentally hits or bumps into the One Connect Box and it falls off, there is always a chance that it could break, and that effectively renders your TV useless.

Other customers have tried to drill holes in the wall to insert the wire through there. This usually comes with its own set of problems in how much potential damage you’re willing to inflict on your home’s walls just to have “invisible” wires for your TV set. Perhaps a more conservative approach would be to use cable ties and self-adhesive tie mounts, which some have successfully done.  

Finally, maybe the most aesthetically pleasing solution would be to get yourself a floating TV stand. These stands would be mounted underneath your Samsung TV and it will provide a nice open space where the One Connect Box can rest. Martin Furniture and FITUEYES offer some solid options. Keep in mind that your One Connect Box won’t take up the entire open space on the shelf or shelves, so you can decorate them with other items as you see fit.
