In this new Cold War, the United States and the Free World must spread truth in Russia through the tried and tested methods of the previous Cold War. The United States must greatly expand the Russian services of Radio Free Europe and Voice of America to give the Russian people the facts about their corrupt and brutal leaders. And actively support democratic organizations in Russia.

These actions are meant to empower Russians to topple Putin in the hope that the next Russian leader will serve his people better and engage peacefully with other countries. The goal is to safeguard the world’s freedom and peace in this time of great peril.
