If you’ve been eyeing a Samsung QLED 4K HDTV, now might be a great time to pounce on one—as Best Buy currently has a modest sale going on for the 65-inch Q60T Series, lowering the price tag to $950.

Unsurprisingly, the 75- and even 80-plus QLED and OLED monsters are getting more attention these days, but if you want to keep your spending down to under a grand, this is indeed a deal you should take advantage of before it’s too late.

If you do decide to splurge on this wonderful panel, you will quickly discover that the Q60T offers a premium viewing experience, thanks largely to its next-gen QLED tech and excellent overall image quality that boasts plenty-deep black levels.

Samsung’s highly regarded quantum dot technology enables you to experience images bursting with a dazzling range of more than 1 billion colors, each upscaled to incredible clarity driven by an intelligent 4K processor.

Tapping into one of QLED’s top strengths, the high light output works incredibly well with HDR, and you’ll surely enjoy the accurate colors and solid video processing, which will be a boon for hardcore gamers and lovers of intense action films.

Gone is the full-array local dimming of Samsung’s flagship QLED line, but that is replaced by dual LED backlight that promises to give contrast and color a noticeable boost over its single LED predecessor. The dual backlight features two sets of LEDs that offer different color temperatures.

If you need smart capabilities, you’re definitely in luck. You can seamlessly stream your favorite TV shows and movies directly from today’s most popular apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and more.

This TV is also fully compatible with the SmartThings App, which enables you to control and monitor your TV and connected devices via your smartphone. The wand-style, thoughtfully designed remote also feels comfortable in your hand and makes it simple to control basic functions.

The only real downside is the built-in digital assistant Bixby, and many have shared their frustrations with this. Bixby, unfortunately, doesn’t come close to the skills of Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, which can be found on rivals from LG to Sony. But with this latest model, you can now have access to Amazon Alexa, without the need for an external Alexa smart speaker.

The Q60T boasts three HDMI inputs, two USB ports, an RF coaxial input for an antenna or cable and a digital optical audio output for connecting to a soundbar or receiver. There is an Ethernet port for a wired internet connection that supports two bands.
