Victor D. Cha

Victor Cha serves as Senior Adviser and Korea Chair as CSIS as well as  Vice Dean for Faculty and Graduate Affairs and D.S. Song-KF Professor of Government, Georgetown University. He was on the National Security Council staff from 2004 to 2007 and also served as U.S. deputy head of delegation for the Six-Party talks in 2006–2007.
