Joe Biden Is a Walking Disaster

Joe Biden is Truly One of the Oddest Presidents. Why does he keep saying things that creep us out? An incident from a few months ago was bizarre...
What is Joe Biden Doing?
Critics of President Joe Biden were given additional ammunition towards the end of February of last year after he spoke about health care policy in Virginia Beach, Virginia where he told a seemingly odd story about a nurse he claimed was named Pearl Nelson.
"She'd come in and do things I don't think you learn in nursing school," Biden told the audience, then adding,
"She'd whisper in my ear, I couldn't understand, but she'd whisper, and she'd lean down and actually breathe on me to make sure there was a human connection."
What?
It wasn't the first time Biden, who has a penchant for sharing personal stories, had spoken of the nurse.
However, the hashtag #CreepyJoe was once again trending on on social media when the news broke months back.
Commentators quickly questioned Biden's mental acuity, while others noted it came just a day after the president famously declared at a Black History Month event last year, "I may be a White boy, but I'm not stupid."
And, of course, recent events around the Hur Report bring this all back into the spotlight.
Say It Ain't So Creepy Joe Biden
Joe Biden has been previously called out for "questionable behavior" around women – that has routinely included violating their personal space or making seemingly inappropriate comments.
The Times newspaper had documented a few such cases back in 2019, where he called a female moderator who challenged him "sweetheart" while he later referred to then-early-50-something Senator Kamala Harris as "kid" on TV, and told a 10-year-old girl that she was "good looking."
He has been known to sniff women's and even young girls' hair, or rubbed the noses of people he's just met.
His behavior has even been described as "odd" by more than a few reporters over the years, yet his handlers always maintain it is harmless even as some of his "victims" appeared visually uncomfortable.
It is easy to see why some continue to label him "Creepy Joe."
Odd White House Habits
Many presidents have been known to have the odd habit or two.
John Quincy Adams would skinny dip in the Potomac River, while Andrew Jackson held cockfights on the White House lawn.
Even more infamously Lyndon B. Johnson would hold meetings while using the bathroom.
John F. Kennedy had at least one occasion skinny-dipped with female staffers in the White House pool, while another time he reportedly shared the same pool sans swimsuits with Marilyn Monroe.
According to a former female Secret Service Agent, then-Vice President Biden also liked to swim in the nude and didn't seem to care who was around.
Though there have been no (further) reports of Biden skinny-dipping since taking office as president, he is known for other odd habits. That includes eating like a child with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch, and a steady supply of ice cream.
His love of the frozen dish is well documented, and there have been reports that Biden even likes to carry cash that he gives to children or young adults and then encourages them to buy ice cream. Some of this odd behavior could be his ongoing attempt to seem like a kindly elder statesman while still being a man of the people, but between his tall tales (or outright lies), short fuse, and endless gaffes, Biden will certainly go down as one of the odder occupants of the White House.
And considering those who came before – that is saying a lot.
