Ho Chen Tan

Ho Chen Tan is Minister of Transportation and Communications of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Before this position, he was Chairman of the Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation. Earlier in his career, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd., and as Chairman of Taiwan Ecological Engineering Development Foundation. He holds a Master’s degree in regional and urban planning from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and a B.S. from National Chung Hsing University.
